It’s difficult to explain your own being when your hands are more articulate than your words, so I’ll use my clients’ interpretation of what it is I do, and who I am.

I have 30 years of experience, building my pactice on the California Central Coast. I received massage certification in 1991 in Los Osos, California. I have training in Swedish and deep tissue massage, structural integration, myofascial release, acupressure, foot reflexology, hot stone and prenatal massage.

There is so much being discovered and understood about how we work with the body. It is constantly evolving. My massage is also constantly evolving. I draw on different modalities, and add new techniques and integrate them into what I do. 

I find each body to be a unique and fascinating precision instrument. It’s sensitive to all the influences that govern our lives, moods, joys and problems. I hope I can be of help in re-tuning the magical machine, that is your body.
